BBS 2020 AGM

this is official notification that we will be holding our AGM on:

This is your chance to give feedback and get involved in your bonfire society. We can’t run Bonfire without the support of our members. Any offer of help is gratefully received.

The following positions are up for election. Please submit nominations and seconds to the secretary in advance, if possible. Please get in touch if you require a “job description” explaining more about the role:

Life Members:
Any proposals for life membership will be considered for members who have given a significant contribution to the society. Please submit to the secretary in advance.

The date for Barcombe Bonfire 2020 will be set, the constitution ratified, treasurer bank access approved and membership fees set. This is also a chance for members and the community to raise other business. If you have any specific other business/feedback please let the secretary know in advance.
